Finance setup and monitoring systems, community development/support
Anne has worked in the field of community and youth work for the last 20 years. Her experience spans face to face youth work, work with young people experiencing mental health difficulties and supporting voluntary organisations with their finance and administration systems.
Her most recent work has been as a community support worker on an intercity housing estate. The main focus of this work was the ‘empowerment’ of residents including: bringing residents and professionals together under the heading of neighbourhood management, managed resident consultation, supported resident groups and produced a local neighbourhood magazine.
