RUE has worked with other to produce a range of training resources. These include:

  • Pole Position – is a fun game which challenges young people to think about their attitudes towards cars, bikes and general road use. It can be played in large or small groups or be used as a useful discussion tool in one to one sessions. Read more
  • Transit Training - an umbrella term for a collection of educational programmes aimed at using innovative ways of engaging young people in activities related to road user/safety education.   • Transit Toolkit- a collection of materials developed through the piloting process. Resources within the Transit Toolkit that may help with the planning, delivery and evaluation of any Road User Education Programme. Read more
  • Motor Education Tool Kit– a collection of resources aimed at workers wanting to establish and improve road user education and motor based projects.
  • Reports - a range of reports from RUE
  • Links - a resource pack providing practical and relevant teaching material for anyone delivering the Key Stage 4 Citizenship syllabus. Covering all 12 Units the pack provides a range of exciting lesson plans, games and exercises. Links leaflet (pdf) Download here
